LGA testing procedure

Dear Customer
Which steps need to be done to apply for product testing by an independent third-party? You can find our procedure to get your furniture, toys, houseware articles, leisure articles or any other article tested for the European market, American market and also for the domestic market.

Service Inquiry

You submit your inquiry to LGA, which contain the following information

• General customer information
• Product information
• Your requested service

to the following email-adresse: lga@lga.com.hk.

Quotation

LGA issues the quotation to you with at least the following information:

• general test requirements
• testing and certification fees
• lead time
• amount of required samples
• bank account

Order confirmation

You should provide

• filled order sheet with your stamp and signature
• sample amount according to quotation including user manual or assembly instruction if available
• Payment record

Please note: We can only receive payments in HKD, USD and EUR to our Hong Kong bank account

Testing

Please note: Testing will start after receiving required samples and payment. Payment and sample receiving delays can cause delaying lead time as well.

LGA will inform you about

• sample receiving
• estimated date of report issuing

LGA will confirm the order after receiving the order sheet.

After testing

LGA will submit the test report to you after the test is finished.
