Inspections
Inspections and Loading Supervision are the key to a consistent success. With the help of LGA you are able to control your suppliers from the time of sourcing till loading the container. Our Inspectors are present at the plants and production facilities while your goods are manufactured.

Audits
As a Factory Auditor, LGA evaluates the production capacities, quality assurance systems, machinery and management of a factory, usually before the goods are purchased. At this stage, LGA is able to help the factory to improve certain production steps to assure a production which meets the requirements of the buyer.

During Production Inspection (DUPRO)
A DUPRO inspection is a visual inspection of materials, components and assemblies during the production stage (generally when 20% to 80% of the production are finished). A company is able to identify and eliminate possible future quality/safety problems by performing a DUPRO inspection. Such an inspection will save costs and more important valuable time.

Final Random Inspection (FRI)
A FRI is a visual inspection of the goods at the end of the production process (at least 80% of the goods must be produced and packed). Samples are selected according a specified sampling procedure, usually ISO 2859 AQL. The inspection criteria are quality, quantity, marking, packaging, workmanship, etc. The products are checked according the clients specifications and/or reference samples.

Loading Supervision (LS)
LGA Inspectors monitor the loading of the container to ensure that the inspected goods are correctly loaded into the container and actually shipped out to the (overseas) client.

It protects importers and trade from risks in international goods traffic.
